Terms of Service

You agree NOT to:

• Generate content containing hate speech, slurs, or discrimination against any group
• Generate content depicting or promoting violence, threats, harassment, or bullying
• Generate misinformation, disinformation, deepfakes, or content designed to deceive (including fake news, impersonation of real people, or manipulated political content)
• Violate the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of others
• Create sexually explicit content, content involving minors, or other content prohibited by applicable law
• Use bots, automation, or scraping
• Reverse engineer or hack REEL9

We reserve the right to remove violating content and suspend or terminate accounts without notice or refund.

• You own the videos you create
• You grant REEL9 a license to store and process your content to provide the service
• You are responsible for the legal use of generated content
• REEL9 is not liable for user-generated content

• Subscriptions auto-renew weekly unless cancelled
• You can cancel anytime — no refund for partial weeks
• Credits do not carry over to the next week
• Free trials (if offered) convert to paid unless cancelled before the trial ends

REEL9 is provided "as-is". We are not liable for:

• Lost data or videos
• Service interruptions
• Third-party API failures (OpenAI, Anthropic, ElevenLabs)
• Video quality or social platform algorithm performance

• The REEL9 software and AI models are our property
• You may not claim ownership of REEL9 or resell it
• Generated videos use licensed music and models

We may terminate accounts for:

• Violation of these terms
• Abusive behavior
• Non-payment after 7 days

We may update features or pricing with 30 days notice.
